My story

Hi, I’m Lucie, a certified holistic pregnancy and baby nutrition consultant with over 10 years of experience in the field of nutrition. My journey began at Nature Care College in Australia, where I studied Nutrition Wellness Coaching. I gained hands-on training through an internship at a top nutrition clinic in Sydney, followed by my role as a nutrition consultant at a naturopathic clinic in Prague, where I worked one-on-one with clients.
After returning to the Czech Republic, I launched a website dedicated to holistic health and wellness, which included a directory of healthy restaurants and a blog on nutrition. This project helped me form valuable connections with key figures in the Czech health and nutrition community, further expanding my expertise.

I recently completed specialized certifications in Holistic Pregnancy Nutrition and Baby Nutrition at Oh Baby Academy. As a first-time mom, this knowledge empowered me to confidently introduce solid foods to my son, now 4 years old. Inspired by this experience, I created a pregnancy ebook that has helped many women navigate their holistic pregnancy nutrition journey.

Pregnancy can be such an exciting time, but it can also be a time full of unknowns and uncertainty. You have many decisions to make over the course of your pregnancy. While you’re picking out baby names and organizing baby clothes, it's important to make your nutrition a priority as well.

Proper nutrition is essential for both you and your baby, but figuring out what to eat during pregnancy can be very confusing. The nutrients that are supplied to your baby must come from the foods you eat, otherwise, they will be taken from your own body. This depletion of your reserves can have many unfortunate consequences on your own health.

With the support of a Certified Nutrition Consultant, it’s possible to reduce your chances of "morning" sickness (more appropriately: all day, any time nausea!), fatigue, constipation, heartburn, mood swings, pre-eclampsia, anemia, gestational diabetes, postpartum depression, and more.

Nourishing your pregnancy will help your baby build solid bones, a strong immunity, healthy tissue and organs. It’s also possible to reduce their risk of birth defects, low birth weight, allergies, conditions such as eczema or asthma, and many potential health problems later in life.
